This collection contains 2 LPs. The first LP includes all the selections from the album An Evening of Elizabethan Music. The 2nd LP includes selections from 3 different albums. The 3rd side includes all the Julian Bream and Peter Pears collaborations from the album Julian Bream in Concert. The 4th side includes some of the solo lute selections from Julian Bream in Concert: Dowland's "Captain Piper's Galliard", "Queen Elizabeth's Galliard"and "Sir John Langton's Pavan" and Byrd's "Pavana Bray", "Galliard" and "Pavan". Side 4 also includes some selections of Dances of Dowland:"Sir John Smith's almaine", "Sir Henry Gifford's almaine" and "Semper Dowland, Semper Dolens"
